Sadako And The Thousand Paper Cranes

Yesterday Miss Birtch showed us a video, the video is called " Sadako and The Thousand Paper Cranes" Here is the link to the video we watched. She gave us some questions after watching the video. 

1. Who is the girl in the video? her name is Sadako
2. Where is she? Up in the sky
3. Why do you think she is there? Because shes dead
4. How did she get there? She woke up there?
5. How does she feel? Sad but Happy
6. What is a paper crane and what does it represent? A paper crane is like a bird out of paper, I think it represents happy and sad times.

Restaurant Brand Design

For the past week we had a Student Teacher with us, Her name is Miss B. We have to make a type of Restaurant brand, if we made one. We had lots to choose out of and I choose bakery because I thought I would be fun baking stuff and I love baking . My Favorite part was making the mood board because it was fun looks for stuff I would put in the bakery . If people went to my bakery I think most of them might be teens and adults coming. Script Writing

For the past 2 or 3 weeks I made a script for something im making. I've finished part 1, I just need to finish part 2. I took me a long time to get it started then I just went with the flow and then I ended up with 10 pages . Here is part 1. It's not in order

Filling In Post Cards

Today we had to work on stuff from last term (Term 1). We have to get it done before June 10th thats when to courier comes to pick it up. I had to finish off my post card. I put the words from my post card on Canva so I don't have to take a photo of it. Here is my work.

Moving Forward

For the past 2 days the teacher gave us 4 questions, the questions were 1.Write about what you did in lockdown at home? 2. What were some emotions you felt? 3. What challenges will all of us / some of us be facing moving into this next stage 4. How can we work together to overcome these challenges? Here is my work.

Reading Activities

For the past 2 weeks I had to work on a slide show about reading. I read Puaki, Puaki is about people trying to tell there culture and how they were allowed to get a Tā moko. We hd to create direffrent DLOs. Here is my work.
