hangi

On the 28th June some students dug a hangi-pit.The next day Matua Willie started the fire in the pit.Some kapa haka girls helped get the food ready.The food went in at 10am and came out at 1 pm. The kapa haka got their kai first. then the rest of the school got their kai. Their was a lot a of water in the food and the meat was the best in my opinion.
