Today we are starting a new activity. The activity is about Sleep and how much we should get. We have to read an article to help us with the questions. We got some question to answer. Here are the answers.
A Teenager need to get around 8-10 of sleep.
I wake up at 7:30 and I go to bed at 9:00 or 9:30. So I get about 10 hours of sleep which is good for someone my age.
Four ways you can get to sleep better.
1. Dimming the lights like 30 to an hour before you get to sleep.
2. Sleep in a quiet and dark place.
3. Read for 30 minutes before you go to sleep.
4. Try and avoid eating meals within 1 - 2 hours of going to bed.
It is important to get a good sleep so you have enough engage to stay awake and so you don't get short time of breath because that happens if you don't get enough hours of sleep. For school it is good to good to get a lot of sleep so you are learning ready
