Aim - To learn how to preserve meat by dehydration.
Prediction - my prediction is that it will dehydrate quickly because we are keeping it in a closed place
Method - Vacuum sealing.
Equipment - Vacuum sealer/straw, Bag, Meat.

Discussion - What happens if you don't seal the meat/food properly? the food will go all moldy and bad. What do you do if you don't have a vacuum sealer? you can use a straw and suck all the air out.
- Pick the bag for packing.
- once you have put the food in the vacuum bag, and set up the vacuum sealer.
- Turn the vacuum sealer on and place the edge of the package on the vacuum sealer
- While the machine seals the package, support the package bottom with your hand.
- When the meat is sealed in the bag. Now it is ready for storage
